The Background Story of Our 7 Exercise Fast Body Changing Blueprint…
During a lot of testing and study we found in our bootcamps and with private clients that an optimal mix of 7 non-competing exercises (think different body parts) mixed with a blend of compound exercises (higher calorie burning exercise) as well as specific timing ‘tweaks’ led to a fast and fully effective series of workouts that changed people’s bodies and saved huge amounts of time.

By altering the time under tension and exertion time of all exercises in a circuit the metabolic effect improved dramatically.
Exercise Selection Order
Re-ordering exercises from standard workout protocols to sensibly create a new exercise selection order allowed rest for specific muscles and forced others to act as stabilizers – increasing isometric tension on adjacent muscles.
Compound vs Isolation Mix
Strategically mixing compound exercises 9multiple muscles working) with isolation exercises (specific muscle focus) allowed removal of overuse injuries found with misbalanced workout plans.
Continual Speed Flow Approach
Planning for continual speed through a circuit or exercises allowed huge time saving in a session. As well as improving muscle efficiency.
Move & Static Stance Switching
Specific switching between active and moving exercise with isolated or static moves allowed more comfort during the workouts without negative effect on muscle activation or stimulation.
These workouts were becoming highly effective in a our new structured program that was very easy to follow.
It occurred to me that this was as close to real fitness freedom as I’d got.

Q: Can the program and its workouts be used over and over, or should I only go through it one time?
A: You can go through the program and all workouts as many times as you wish. They’re designed to be used over and over – there is a great choice and variety so you’ll not get bored and your body won’t hit plateaus. I personally used them over and over with my clients and randomize the workouts to give fresh variety. I just don’t recommend the same workouts back-to-back. However, you can follow the workout plans in the system to have a more structured plan or simply use any workout on the go when time is really limited.
Q: I noticed in some of your testimonials the reference to CSW Method – is this different to The e7 Protocol?
A: No – initially I called it the CSW Method (S meaning ‘Super’) as my working title during research. However as I began fine tuning the workouts more around a 7 exercise structure I would to refer to the best workouts as a ‘e7 Protocol’. I liked it. It’s easier to say as well when I’m training people. So it stuck 😉 .
Q: I’ve never worked out before or would call myself a true beginner. Can I still get value from Short Circuit Fat Loss?
A: I respect you for taking control of your health. Great question. The answer is yes, absolutely. While the program and workouts are great for all levels, in your bonuses I discuss schedules and how they are approached for beginner to advanced trainees. I know how exciting and also challenging new workouts can be for beginners. These are designed to be progressive so they can be made more challenging as you see your strength and fitness levels increase. As well as this, bodyweight exercises are a great way to create strong, structured muscular performance and development before you would also add in resistance weights. It’s all explained inside. This is a perfect starter product if it’s needed that way and then it can be ‘ramped up’ as you get fitter and stronger.

Q: Are the exercises easy to do?
A: The exercises range and vary from very basic to what would be considered challenging. In any workout you will want to aim for exercise progression (meaning you will progress into more challenging exercises once you master the basics) so the beginner workouts will be a great start and allow a first time trainee to build a good base of strength, co-ordination and muscle control then move into more challenging exercises. Short Circuit Fat Loss is designed to progress a trainee correctly but of course advanced fitness enthusiasts can simply opt to work immediately with the tougher workouts structure. Bear in mind, even though some workouts may contain what an advanced trainee rightly assumes are basic exercises, the advanced workout structure and progressions will have even the fittest person facing a great and effective workout challenge.
Q: Why is this program different from other workouts programs?
A: The main focus of SCFL is to provide anyone who need/wants to lose weight, lose body fat and get very fit an opportunity to do so in very limited amounts of time.
